Martha Bohm, Phil Jones, Chris Cottrell, Tim Cooke, Erin Hastings, Zac Moran, Roxanne Coulter, Lilah Glick, Jessy Olson
The
meeting opened with check-ins from each of the coordinators. Everyone
was doing well, with some stress about finals. Martha mentioned that
Sebastian Collett had agreed to be the group’s librarian, and reminded
the group that Marsha would be starting with the Option III group in
June, and Angshupriya with the Option II group in the fall.
The meeting agenda was approved, Martha volunteered to moderate and take minutes.
Martha covered some transitional items:
Key
request forms were distributed filled out and collected. Martha will
take them to Faculty and Student Services and notify coords when they
can pick up their form.
Martha Bohm, Lilah Glick, Chris Cottrell, Erin Hastings, Roxanne Coulter, Tim Cooke, Sebastian Collet, Zac Moran
Because we started this meeting with a potluck dinner, we decided to skip the usual check-ins.
The agenda was approved.
The
minutes from the meeting on 6/10 were approved. There was a brief
discussion about whether the process for soliciting feedback from
absent members was adequate, and consensus was that it was sufficient
for our purposes.

Keys
(Martha): Key forms should be ready for those who sent in their ID
numbers. Others will need to resubmit their forms, but because Ron
Kellett is leaving at the end of June, it makes sense for people to add
their numbers to the already-signed forms, rather than starting a fresh
one.
