Top Ten Green Projects 2009

UPDATE: Miller|Hull of Seattle, WA has confirmed to be a member of the jury panel

The University of Oregon Top Ten Green Projects program seeks to identify and recognize outstanding examples of integrated, ecologically conscious design created by students. We seek to inspire, educate and promote collaboration within our learning communities while at the same time showcase student's abilities to future employers and prospective students interested in architecture, landscape architecture and interior architecture.

The program is based on the American Institute of Architect's Committee on the Environment Top Ten Green Projects program (aiatopten.org). As the AIA COTE states, the judging criteria are "a broad and inclusive definition of design quality that includes performance, aesthetics, community connection, and stewardship of
the natural environment. Each project will be evaluated on its own merit, rather than in competition with the other submittals.

This year, our jury will consist of distinguished faculty members as well as practitioners. Jury members will be announced as their participation is confirmed.

Winners will be announced during HOPES 15, April 2-5. Winning work will be displayed at HOPES and archived on the EDC website. People's Choice and Speaker's Choice ribbons will also be chosen during HOPES.
